Privacy
In short
Nisted AI is a closed workspace for three invited users. We only process information that is necessary for sign-in, conversations, shared documents and secure operation of the service.
What is stored
Account details, private and shared chats, uploaded files, document excerpts used for search, and technical logs needed for troubleshooting and security. Private chats are only accessible to their owner. Shared chats and the knowledge base are accessible to active members of the workspace.
Processors
Vercel is used for hosting and private file storage, Neon for the database, Abliteration for model responses, and Vercel AI Gateway for document embeddings. Content sent to a model is limited to what is necessary for the given request.
Cookies
The service uses only essential cookies for sign-in, security and interface preferences. There is no advertising or optional analytics tracking.
Deletion and access
Ask the workspace administrator for access, correction or deletion. Documents can be deleted by their uploader, and private chats can be deleted by their owner.
